This session will focus on the types of assessments that can be used to enhance your leadership abilities. We will discuss the merit of each type of assessment through interactive dialogue. Leading change can be an overwhelming challenge. This session will enable managers and team leaders to gain insights into their different operating styles when confronted with change and how to effectively work to support each other through the change process.
