Chapter Dinner Meetings
The Project Management Institute Southern Alberta Chapter (PMI-SAC) Chapter Dinner Meetings provide opportunities to meet and network with other project management professionals and to learn more about project management best practices and case studies. The meetings are held the last Thursday of each month from September through May, excluding December. They generally last 2-3 hours, starting with networking and cocktails, followed by a 3-course meal and an entertaining and informative speaker.
Location
The Chapter Dinner Meetings are held at a banquet facility convenient for parking and public transportation. They have historically been held both downtown and at the Calgary Zoo. The location for the meeting is always contained in the meeting event description on the Chapter’s Event Calendar.
Who Can Attend
Everyone is welcome to attend these events. They often sell out though so if you are a PMI member and desiring PDUs, make sure you register early.
Meeting Topics
The VP Programs determines the speaker line-up for the Chapter Dinner Meeting season. If you have a suggestion or would like to be a speaker at one our dinners, please contact the VP Programs directly with your proposal.
