PMP®/CAPM® Exam Preparation
The Project Management Institute Southern Alberta Chapter in partnership with Mount Royal University offers the PMP®/CAPM® Preparation workshop at the campus. This is a guided self-study workshop to help students prepare to write the certification exam.
This may be one of the best workshops for your PM training needs. The workshop is taught and facilitated by senior and experienced project management professionals with real-world, hands-on experience.
- Newly updated and revised course materials.
- Spread over 10 weeks, 3 hours per evening, to give you time to learn PMBOK®.
- Adequate time to practice sample exam questions.
- An opportunity to discuss with senior Project Management Professional facilitators and your fellow future PMP®/CAPM® in the class.
- Limited class size.
When:
The workshop is normally held twice a year in the fall and winter seasons on campus, beginning in September and January respectively. Where:
The workshop is held at the Mount Royal University main Lincoln Park Campus in Calgary, near to Crowchild Trail, Sarcee Trail, and Glenmore Trail SW.
How long:
10 weeks, one evening per week, 3 hours per evening.
To make the first evening more productive for everyone, please review the book list, and read PMBOK® Chapters 1-3 before attending the first evening.
How much:
As of December 2011, the course fees are typically $615 for a PMI Member and $715 for non-members.
