Risk management is an essential aspect of any project, yet it is often overlooked or done in a superficial fashion. Other times, risks receive considerable attention early in a project, but are not proactively managed. In this presentation, George Wowk brings forward effective practices for Project Managers to identify, allocate, mitigate, and manage risk. Beginning with the agreements that we make with our team members, suppliers, and customers, George offers some practical advice on effective risk management.
